"In all honesty, the rooms were a little shabby. Needs an update. But exceptionally clean with a comfortable bed! Shower was good. "Front" facing rooms get more traffic noise. And the outside was well maintained, except for some areas of the outside concrete walkways. ( hard winters here)! Breakfast was bagged for you in the am to eat in your room. Choice was between cereal w/ regular or oat milk or a breakfast burrito that you heat in your microwave, a muffin ( not great) & juice. If you want fancy breakfast, choose another place. And staff were courteous and kind and the price was right -call them for rates!"

"The house is very nice. It was a great location for what we had planned for our trip. About an hour from Stowe, and Burlington. The Wi-Fi worked great for us. Sracey was great at communicating with us. Any questions we had she got back to us immediately. The lock box for the key was a little tricky but if you have a light touch it works fine. If you visit in the summer, I recommend bringing a portable fan for upstairs. There are a ceiling fan and a standing fan, but a second fan would have been nice. There was a very friendly stray cat that we named Goldie. She loved pets and sitting in our laps outside. Please read the listing carefully. There is no microwave. There is a toaster oven that worked great for heating up leftovers. Overall, a very nice place to stay."
