Comfortable space, reasonably priced, kitchen and bathroom appear to be newly remodeled. Listing states it is "downtown" but it was a fairly long walk, no problem if you have a car. There was a nice drip coffee maker but only instant coffee. We did not realize this apartment was connected to another ...

Independent Cozy loft space in charming Fairbanks with WiFi
Rustic historic vibe of Fairbanks #1 conveniently located around attractions.
The place was in a good location. The check-in was simple and the place had everything to accomodate us. We would stay there again.
