Didn’t use the bikes, kayaks, or fire pit due to weather, but they all looked to be in great condition and safety gear was on hand as well. "This VRBO is really only set up to hold FIVE people, definitely NOT 10 like it’s advertised. It has the potential to be a 5 star but there’s some definite shortcomings. *Know, if you book this apartment that you are staying in college student housing. *Absolutely loved having a bathroom for each bedroom. Not real sure the size of the beds is correct in the listing. They seemed to all be xl fulls and no queens. Bring shampoo/conditioner/body soap because they don’t supply any of that. There was...

"perfect spot to stay for the bearathon weekend. quiet location. secure parking. plenty of coffee/tea. host was so nice to provide a couple of snacks. *if you have sensitives to smells, the air fresheners and fragrances are strong (in the house and the bedding)"

"We had a bathroom mishap that eventually led to a plumber being called. Cody was very responsive and went above and beyond to get the issue resolved. We were very impressed with the quick responses. The cottage itself was very cute and the attention to detail was very appreciated."

"Was convenient for our family gathering. Beautiful view and relaxing.. Did have some initial problem entering property but owner answered call immediately and helped work thru problem. Only recommendation would be to request instructions on how to set thermostat to cool studio unit. Could not get unit to cool down unless opened window."
