"AC has glitch in the display couldn't tell if it was on heat or cool and no idea what temperature it was on as about half the lines worked. Coffee pot was missing the filter basket. Dresser drawer handle was hanging off on one side. It was awesome getting a free voucher for breakfast at the cafe next door but staff at the cafe were rude and very unhelpful for someone in a wheelchair. "

"Our stay was good. We had a problem with the air conditioner in our room. It just kept cutting off and on and wasn't cooling very well. The room temperature was 76. I kept putt the temp down but it just wasn't cooling. Around midnight I finally took it down to 65 degrees. Finally cooled. By morning the room temp was 68. We were not impressed with the breakfast. They had warmers on them, but the eggs and sausage were cold. I worried about eating it, but put my plate in the microwave for a minute or so. I was a little worried about food poisoning, but decided it hadn't really been out that long. This really needs to be corrected. "

"The staff were kind. There are areas in the room that needs to be better. The smoke detector was removed, that’s against code. I found hair that wasn’t mine in the bed. I am hoping that happened in the wash, that can happen. There weren’t many channels available on the tv. The price was affordable. "

"Outside looks emaculate. Inside not so much. Furniture was scarred up, roaches having a blast, towels old. Room wasn't ready when we arrived and we never got the additional towels we asked for. The girls did their best but you could tell they were shorthanded and overwhelmed. They had too leave the front desk to go clean our room at 845pm. Jasmine was very courteous. "
