"AC didn’t get below 75 the entire stay. It was 86 upon arrival (in JUNE) and took over 18 hours to get to 75 and wouldn’t cool down more than that. Air filters were filthy. Bugs and cobwebs throughout the house. Guest contact did not respond until we got the help center involved and still was very hard to communicate with. Besides that, the house was as pictured and we enjoyed our (very hot) stay. A little overpriced for practically camping, but the kids had fun!"

"Great house for a family and friends getaway. The yard is in the shade a lot of the day so we were pleasant even when it was hot out. Loft room and one bunk room did not get very cool in the night but the other rooms were very comfortable. All in all, a great location and nice place for a getaway. I recommend renting the floating dock thing for kids to play on. Ours had a blast on it. "

"I brought my family here and we had such a great time. It is right on the lake, with steps to safely get in, swim and relax. No boats go into this enclave except for residents so it's very safe. Lake was between 3' to 5' deep. The hot tub was a great way to relax at night. The living area was awesome for hanging out and we appreciated the large screen TV when we were ready to relax. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to make our own meals, except for a decent cook's knife (most rentals are...
