LUXURY LAKE ESTATE…Pool, Hot Tub, Boat, Golf, Poker Room, TVs

10/10 Excellent

"First and foremost I must applaud how clean this property was especially when it is such a huge property and off the lake. With that said, this place was well thought out for guest. Between the shared common areas, multiple kitchens, games, lake access, pool, golf, game room and the list goes on. Most of the areas were very efficiently used and flowed into each other. Also there were some gorgeous sunsets that were worth mentioning. And the Jaclyn was a boss! Very communicative and helpful to find some local places to enjoy ourselves. I can only hope i can make it back again!!"

"The property was nice. There was room for quite a few people. The water was nice at night as the lights from other homes reflected off the lake. I would most definitely stay there again."

Private Country Home on 4 acres, Open Space, Pool, Hot Tub, Gameroom, Pond

10/10 Excellent

"Great property, with lots of space for large groups to get together and spend time. The kids loved the pool and the game areas. Very thoughtfully decorated with great attention to detail. Property does show its age in places but it never detracts from its charm and fun.Brianna was a wonderful host and was very accommodating of our requests. I'm looking forward to coming back again."

"Couldn’t control the weather but even in the flood, we were able to be outside because of the way the hosts have everything set up! Grandkids had a blast and parents all had their own room! This home has everything! Just a note, summer bedding was on and the ac works great, so when it cooled off and we all got soaked in the rain and chilled, a thick blanket would have been great. But that isn’t in the host! Who knew the area would receive 10 inches of rain in a day??? Loved watching the herons, ducks, and egrets hunt in the rain from the back porch drinking coffee! Great weekend, will definitely do this again!"

Sunset View, fully fenced yard, dog friendly

24 Guest Lake Front, Hot Tub, Jet Ski, Boat Rental

8/10 Good

"We rented both homes from Kate and Nina for our family gathering of 22 people, and they were a great fit for our group. Both houses were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor amenities were a highlight. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the yard games and recreational equipment, which provided plenty of entertainment for all ages. Our only disappointment was the water level at the docks. To be fair, this was clearly disclosed in the VRBO listing, and Kate and Nina also provided an updated status when I reached out the week before our arrival. What we hadn't anticipated was the amount of mud and how challenging it would be to reach the boat we rented, which had to be anchored approximately 100 yards from the dock. While this made boating less convenient, we recognize that water levels are a natural condition beyond the hosts' control.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and appreciated Kate and Nina's communication, honesty, and hospitality. We would gladly recommend their properties to other large groups looking for a clean, well-equipped place to gather."
