"We had an amazing time on our 3 day weekend together before school starts back this week. The house was perfect! The view, water, boat dock was perfect. It was just what we needed. We will be back! "

"This was a great vacation spot for my whole family. The sleeping arrangement was great with plenty of bathrooms and the kitchen/living area was very spacious. The game room was perfect for the kids when they weren't down at the lake. The water was shallow enough for my 7 year old to touch near the side of the pier and deep enough for all the water activities for the older ones. Finally, the sunset was breath taking! I would definitely recommend this property!"

"We were very comfortable in the house it was clean and very well stocked. The boys stayed in the garage apartment it was a little warm thank goodness for cooler weather, not sure it would have been comfortable in the heat of summer. The rest of the house was great. Plenty of space and bedding. Neighbor dogs were kind of a nuisance, friendly but still running around. We had a lovely time. "

"I thought I would not be able to locate a home in this area to attend nearby functions. Thanks to Katie Foley’s accommodations we were able to comfortably accommodate 8 and one pup. There are blow up beds (did not need) and a pullout couch. At first glance I was worried due to the small cozy feeling of the home. The yard is great and fireflies were flying. The neighbors are extremely quiet. Dogs are not leashed in the neighborhood but were no problems in our walks to the lakeside nearby. The...

"Upon Friday arrival, entered gate and the brick walk to the front door was covered in sand and dirt. To the left of the front door on the porch sat a styrofoam cooler, lid to the side and a bag of garbage in it. Inside the house seemed reasonably clean but by the time we visited each room we had killed two scorpions.
