"The lodge itself was clean, cute and well maintained. The mattresses were hard as a rock though. The staff when checking in was very uncertain about everything. She was unable to answer questions about how to get to the road which lead to all of the rooms and didn't know there were steps outside of the building. The checkout staff was just rude. But overall it was good."
