My sister and I met here to catch up on each others lives. We hadn't seen each other in quite some time and this was about half way for each of us. We both loved the hotel, the front desk staff, all the amenities, breakfast and felt very safe. We truly appreciated your hospitality and plan to it again.

The Bel Abri Napa was an excellent site for our weekend getaway, providing efficient and simple check in (after hours) and handling our needs. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and in direct route of our travels in and out of Napa and the surrounding areas. It sits just 2 minutes from downtown Napa's eateries, entertainment, and wine-focused businesses. The Bel Abri staff was warm and hospitable and we enjoyed our stay for two nights.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Elm House. The staff was pleasant, the room was nice, the property was all we needed. We didn’t need to be downtown in Napa or Sonoma because we traveled all over the areas for a week. We went from the coast to the redwoods, small towns, canyon roads, to wineries all over. Judy at the front desk was amazing. Her excellent customer service was such a relief after a terrible experience down the street. She really saved the night.

The room was clean and fresh. The bed linens were crisp and clean. The room was equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, iron, flat screen tv, and hair dryer. Complimentary bottled water, coffee, fruit and pastries are provided in the main office in the morning. The hotel staff was friendly, even going so far as to remember and address me by my name when greeting me in the morning. Good Staff and affordable

I expect a lot at $500+ a night. Napa River Inn delivers a solid experience for the Expedia traveler. Upgraded river view room! Check! Free bottle of wine! Check! Free parking! Check! Free continental breakfast delivered! Check. It was a lovely stay, although be ready for a bit of noise in the hallways and above. Older building, so to be expected. Everything about the Senza Hotel was wonderful! The room was spacious with high quality amenities and the staff was friendly and attentive. We definitely have this on our list for another stay in the near future!

I am celiac, so I had to go without breakfast and watch the others in our party enjoy their’s. No alternatives were offered to the waffles and sausage. So, while the accommodations were excellent, we would not stay here again. When you lose one, you lose all.

I stayed here one night meeting my daughter for a girls trip. The hotel entrance is spacious and inviting. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. We dined at Carboni’s and had a spa day at ZenTerra, excellent food and exceptional treatments at both locations; just steps from our room! Winters is a midway point for us to get together and will be making this our go-to for future visits. So glad I found Hotel Winters!

The older gentleman who checked me in was very sweet, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Had a fantastic day room area was quiet and comfortable. When in the area this will be my place of choice.

Our first visit to Homewood Inn and the layout of the room was great. Lobby was fully stocked and staff friendly and helpful.
