"We are arrived and found every description completely accurate. This house has been rehabbed with a really big kitchen and dining area. And gym facility with good equipment and a sauna. Kitchen has new appliances, beautiful countertops and space for four cooks. Yard is pretty private, Fire pit with attached grills, and comfortable seating. The living room has big screen with streaming channels and turntable and many vintage vinyl from which to choose. Bedroom has a very comfortable bed. The bathroom has new walk-in shower and vanity. We were very comfortable here for our short stay. Could have taken advantage more of the yard and gym equipment. Very busy weekend. Return in late summer or fall is on calendar. Hope this place is available. 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk to quaint city square. We are amazed at the culinary choices in small Iowa town. Natural food grocery store that is equivalent to any of our St Louis Whole Food/ Trader Joe’s. Fun town and a great rental to call Home while visiting"

"Very clean! Please know that the property is under renovation as of now. But the entire property is very clean staff is very nice! We were there during storms and the staff communicated with us the plan knew in case of emergency! I will say again and again how nice the staff was and even thought the pool was closed they let us hang out in the area to congregate with our family! Would recommend over and over! "
