"We love coming to Silverado and plan to return many times in the future. What is hard to understand, is how the food (especially in the patio) can be so terrible. Napa is renown for its food and dining experience so to have such terrible food and service at your restaurants, is disappointing. I hope that you get a new chef and reinvent your dining experience."

"The place was great but their staffing is poor in that they are young have haven’t a clue about customer service. It took 2 weeks and four phone calls before they released our deposit. Seems the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. It’s a shame. "

"The room was as described with a large bathroom. It was clean and had all the amenities needed. I was told a keurig coffee maker was in the unit but there was only a drip coffee maker, which was fine. The pull out sofa came in handy when our friends decided to join us last minute and were unable to find availability elsewhere. The resort was within perfect location to downtown for Bottlerock. The restaurant on site was good with a great wine list. Would definitely book again and recommend for...
