"Staff was great. Very Quiet. Comfortable bed. It was tough to get to our unit - lots of stairs and far from the parking lot. The two chairs in the room were awful - uncomfortable and hard to get out of. No tea or coffee pot in the room. Shower had a half door - water leaked onto the floor."

"I was scheduled to have surgery down the street and was allowed to check in at 11am for my return after surgery. Staff was sooo accommodating in allowing my room to be at an exit and on first floor. Rooms are clean, beds super comfortable and breakfast was good"

"Quite possibly the WORST hotel "resort" or lack there of! Beautiful view and convenient location. I've asked to speak with the management twice since we've checked out, and no one has followed up. Do yourselves a favor and do not stay here. It felt like we were in an abandoned hotel. American horror story! I would love it if management would call back and give me some sort of refund whether partial or full. $200 for a low grade "resort" is repulsive. I am always traveling and I will never return and I will continue to tell my story until they reach out and rectify this! They should be ashamed!"
