A completely reimagined waterfront home where the beauty of the Gulf Coast lives inside as much as out.

Upstairs, natural light, wood floors and a wood-burning fireplace set a quietly modern mood. Downstairs, copper-and-turquoise floors and cedar accents frame open, loft-style living.

Two kitchens and two comfortable living rooms make space for shared meals, separate movies and a little quiet when you want it.

Two kitchens, thoughtfully equipped

Across the two kitchens: Profile and Monogram appliances, induction cooktops, double wall ovens, and Brazilian soapstone and quartz countertops. Enjoy reverse-osmosis drinking water and craft ice from the downstairs freezer.

Cookware, a food processor, rice maker and bread maker are provided. Downstairs, the island seats three; a separate dining table seats six.

Outdoor rooms worth settling into

Screened balconies and the downstairs lanai provide 1,500 sq ft for morning coffee, books and lingering conversations. A wraparound deck adds more space to enjoy the water and greenery.

Four private bedrooms and five full bathrooms

Upstairs: one king and two queen bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom.

Downstairs pairs a private queen bedroom and ensuite bathroom with airy, loft-style living. The open living area offers additional sleeping options:

• One trundle bed, configurable as two twins or one king.
• Two hotel-style rolling cots.
• A plush queen air mattress with a built-in pump for quick setup.

Both living rooms also have large regular couches available for sleeping; neither is a pull-out sofa bed. Maximum occupancy remains 14 guests.

A fifth full bathroom is downstairs, and there are two soaking tubs across the property. Both levels are exclusively yours.

Accommodates up to 14 guests. Rates include 12 guests; each additional guest is $50 per person per day, automatically calculated in your reservation total based on guest count.

Your reservation includes exclusive use of both residences, their kitchens, living spaces and laundry areas, and the property's outdoor living areas. No other guest group occupies the other floor during a whole-house stay.

Plan on having a car. Covered carport and driveway parking are available. Travel times vary with traffic.
