"No ammeneties, rooms were nice, Rooms were not very quiet as I could hear the people in the other part of the train come in and talk/cry and snore. :( we had the two room mail car that apparently had another room on the other end. The staff was great at the resturant were very nice but they needed more than one waitress. We had a fairly long wait. Good thing we had family to talk to that we had not seen in awhile. Warning the caboose couples room is fairly small if you are going to stay long you might want a bigger room. Parking was excellent."

"Run Away! The property is old, run down, nasty and dirty. Our room 216 had a crack in the ceiling falling in and the front desk man said it was fixed inside and was nothing to worry about outside and there were no other rooms. There was an old broken chair with cobwebs outside our door and black hairs in the bathtub. Also 2 spiders- one on the curtain and one in the bathroom. 2 limp towels in the bathroom. An old Mr Coffee pot with no coffee by the front desk. Beyond sad. This “motel” should be ashamed to charge for rooms."

"They were remodeling during our stay but there was no noticeable noise or disturbance to our stay. The remodeled rooms looked fantastic! They felt huge and I really liked the new design and decor. One point of note: to my above description, the bathroom was not huge, it was however remodeled and nice but very small. In our room, just outside the bathroom - there was a built-in vanity station with a seat and its own lit up mirror, which I thought was a great touch and help to offset the smaller bathroom. Also note that the mattress was on the firmer side, which I did not personally care for. The breakfast was the standard fare, although they added some nice touches to try and dress it up a bit. For example, the waffle station had extra items such as strawberry topping, whipped cream, chocolate chips, etc., again to me just thoughtful extras that you don’t see in other hotel chains overall. Parking was plentiful and free. There was a magic show dinner theater right next door as an entertainment option. We enjoyed our stay."

"Jonas is an outstanding host. Very respectful, and if any concerns arise, contacting his easy, and he responds very quickly! This property is absolutely fabulous! Ranch sJtyle home, centrally located, very clean, well maintained (lawn is mowed). Beds very comfortable, plenty of closets, kitchen well laid out, has front load washer and drier in basment ( well lite). Quiet and peacefull The gazebo in the backyard is a must for relaxing! This is our 4th visit and have scheduled the 5th for 2027 already. For instance: We found Smuckers Quilts out on N Groffdale Rd, New Holland. Quilts are handmade, quality of quilts, you know they are handstitched, you actually visit their property, Enjoy God's green earth on the way over. (Maybe 1/2 hr). For breakfast, lunch or dinner? Katies Kitchen in Ronks PA, reasonably priced, excellent homemade food, proportions, if you leave Katies hungry? You have been warned. Another one is Dutchway Restaurant in Gap, PA. great food at reasonable pricing. All in all, we found the above, where you will see a lot of the locals and visitors lucky to find visit.Respect the Horse and Buggies! Give them respect and extra space on the road!"

"Everything was very nice. Outside stuff was a little dusty and dirty but I think we were the 1st ones to use them for the year. Not a big deal, we just scrubbed them a bit and good to go. Outside fireplace was very nice and plenty of space out back for the kids to run. Distance to sight and sound was perfect. Oh and the hot tub was clean and ready to go!Great place for a quick weekend stay with friends and family!"
