"I would given an excellent rating, if it wasn't for the shoer head that was clogged. So the water did not come out of shower head very well. The location was great for what we were doing in the area. The breakfast meals were excellent. The food was fresh and in good quantities. Parking spaces were fantastic, very large and well marked. This area is quiet, it's off the main roads. They are doing some underground construction, so week days are a little noisy, but not too bad. Some detours are in place to move you around the construction."

"The Cabins at Beaver Creek offered a quiet comfortable environment in the midst of a beautiful country and Amish farms setting. The cabin itself was cozy and fit our needs. The staff was quick to respond with a few minor issues that needed to be addressed. I have visited Strasburg many times and there is something so peaceful about watching and hearing the Amish horse and buggies as they go by. We will definitely consider The Cabins at Beaver Creek on our next visit to the Strasburg area. "

"The property seems to be in upgrade mode. The grounds and rooms were clean; the staff were trying to be helpful but were difficult to understand. Had to ask the front desk for a roll of toilet paper as there was a 1/4 roll in the room and no spare. ?????"

"The room was what was to be expected and for the price it was nice. I have stayed in more expensive places that were less impressive. I will say that I paid in advance and was nice made aware of a policy that includes charging my card BEFORE I stay in the room and as if they are assuming I’m going to break all the motel rules. The women wasn’t the most polite and told me she’d be charging my card again (even though I already paid) and that I would be refunded at their discretion. Onenote she made was that I’d be charged if the room smelled like cigarette smoke. But when we walked in the room already had a slight cigarette smoke smell to it. So I was charged an extra $50 that I may never get back because they just chose to keep it. What was even more off-putting as was her carelessness attitude about explaining this to someone who clearly had no idea about this policy. I can understand leaving something on file Incase I destroy the room. To charge someone ahead of time before they do something wrong is just an awful idea and when I explained this policy to others I know, they also said how strange it is, especially when the motel can, again, decide to hold my extra money ON TOP of what I paid, just because they want to. I left a dirty diaper in the garbage in the room, are they keeping my $50 because I had to change my baby? Who knows! They didn’t explain it. For the $65, it’s a great place to stay, to pay $115 however, (especially if I’m not refunded) I would go elsewhere. "
