"I stayed here for 1 night, following an ice storm. I had no power at my home in Nashville & needed a warm place to stay. I’m a healthcare worker at a close by hospital & was so relieved to find shelter here. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean & bed was very comfortable. The only complaint I have is that I was required to pay a $20 parking fee to park on an ice-covered parking lot. It would have been nice to have that fee waived during a tragic ice storm that caused over 225,000 homes to be out of power in frigid temps. "

"Room was clean, updated. Bed very comfortable. Easy access to everywhere Nashville. Parked 20 feet from room door. Pool looked fantastic but it was inly 30 degrees. Breakfast was more than adequate with made to order omelets. Staff did anything to make stay better! Would absolutely stay there again!"
