"Die Umgebung der Unterkunft befand sich in einem älteren Stadtviertel, sicher kein kein typisches Ausflugsziel. Ein echter Pluspunkt war jedoch die Nähe zum Bahnhof – nur 7 bis 8 Minuten zu Fuß, und von dort war man im Handumdrehen im Zentrum von Potsdam. Wir würden definitiv wieder in der Pension am Filmpark übernachten. Der Vermieter war äußerst entgegenkommend, denn wir sindviel zu früh zum Check-in angereist. "The internet was broken, no elevetor - no airconditioning and the bugs - flies and wasps flew into the room. Had to have the windows open because it was so hot. Nice older couple ( I'm 74 myself) but in way over their heads. Really too bad. I booked another hotel through expedia and move - a good hotel the Mercure."

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were some places to eat in walking distance. The U-Baum was also in walking distance. There was a little hiccup with the checkin as I did not realize the email with the code went to my spam inbox. I found that and successfully got into the room. "

"Das "Hotel" besteht aus 2-3 Etagen eines Mehrfamilienhauses, worin je Etage einige Zimmer reingezogen wurden. Der Allgemeinzustand aller Räumlichkeiten bedarf einer Renovierung. Wackelnde bis aus der Wand ziehbare Steckdosen und Lichtschalter, bis zum "warmwasser" das in regelmäßigen Abständen ausfiel macht den Aufenthalt wenig erholsam. "Stylish, well-appointed hotel in a nice quiet area between Potsdamer Platz and Kreuzberg. Great room and amenities, very nice and helpful staff. Convenient to transport and walkable to either the central sights or over to central Kreuzberg. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. "
