"Huge hotel close by for all amenities. Staff were very helpful and the room was clean. Only downside is the long-winded self check in process which is plain annoying and rarely works properly."

"We were stopped by security every time we entered the hotel, while other guests around us weren’t. It left us feeling like we were being judged based on our appearance, as if we didn’t look like we could afford to stay there. The room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, because of how we were treated by security, I wouldn’t book this hotel again."

"Overall I liked my stay here, the staff was helpful and receptive. I enjoyed the breakfast options. However, it started out on a bad note due to cleanliness of my first room which was stuffy and smelled like someone smoked, with a sticky night table. Second room assignment had an obvious drain issue with the stopper pulled out and a plunger in the shower. The third room was fine and I was glad of that because it was a long day traveling to Berlin. I would stay here again because of its location, breakfast and nice staff."

"I booked this for a friends 50th Birthday and the staff at the hotel were amazing when I was planning this. They made her stay wonderful and even surprised her with some cakes to celebrate the milestone. Next next to train station and friend team."
