"I stayed for a night in early August. Had an evening meal for which there was no ‘service’ charge added. I stayed again at the end of August & had an evening meal only this time there was a ‘service’ charge of 10% added. I challenged this only to be told “it is on the menu”. It was not ‘on the menu’.
