"What a great place to get away and recharge and refresh. Home was immaculate and well stocked/supplied. Unlike most rental properties, this host wanted to make sure you had plenty of everything for your entire stay, rather than just a "starter supply". Greg's communication was awesome and timely....couldn't ask for anything more! Thank you Greg.....we really enjoyed your home!"

"This place is a paradise. It checked all the boxes for our Texas Hill Country vacation - pool, fully fenced yard, both living and dining furniture on the patio, king bed, nice shower - but this place had so much more. The TV on the patio was perfect for watching a movie or game from the hot tub or pool. The master suite layout made getting ready a joy, and the backyard landscaping made the pool feel like a private lagoon. Everyday while my husband followed the shade across the pool and patio, I followed the sun. The cove is gorgeous, although we never did make it down there. We saw huge swallowtail butterflies, hummingbirds, various small lizards, countless deer, hawks, bats - and virtually no mosquitoes! The two trees by the pool are live oaks, I believe, and occasionally drop an acorn in the pool (in September anyway) which was charming. But they never accumulated because the pool was cleaned twice a week. Our dogs loved roaming the yard or hanging out in the patio while we swam. And every night we ate at a different restaurant. There’s so much more in the area that we didn’t get to explore. The HEB is close and well stocked. Marble Falls is only 20 minutes away. Austin is 1.5 hours. It was just the two of us and our two dogs, but the space is ample for a much larger group. The living room couch is huge and comfortable. Bed was really comfortable. Hosts were super helpful with every question we had. Check in and out was a breeze. Best vacation ever. We’ll be back."

"The host was amazing.House was amazing. The kitchen needed to be cleaned a little more detailed. The kitchen cabinets had dried ketchup and layers of dirt by the kitchen sink and trash area. The rest of the house was very clean!I could not get the plugs in the kitchen to work. Had to move the coffee maker into the laundry room. One upstairs shower did not have any pressure.Other than that, everything was great.Thank you"

"We rent VRBO home regularly for our family getaways and this was one of the best we’ve ever had. The home was perfect for our family, was VERY clean, well maintained, and had a well-equipped & organized in the kitchen. The management company was very responsive and provided helpful information about the community. Our kudos to them for taking such care in managing this owner’s property. The boat dock and waverunner slip was great and kept our boat and waverunner safe & handy. The boat house had toys for our granddaughters so the kids had a blast and basically lived in the water. It was a wonderful way to spend the last weekend of summer. There is also the friendliest bobtail cat that came by every morning and evening to visit the little girls. They were in love with the home and the kitty. Thank you allowing us to borrow your home for making family memories."
