"The King Studio with private hot tub was excellent. The building for the unit looked very nice and tucked into the mountain side for amazing views while at the same time very private. The private hot tub outside was awesome as well as the gas fireplace at the foot of the bed. 2 seconds from the Fall River Park entrance. It was perfect for my wife and I and would definitely book again for our next trip. "

"Close to Estes park, spent a few days with friends. Surrounded by forests, it was a lovely get away spot. Clean with a good atmosphere and supplies for cooking and the little jetted tub was fun. TV is older so if you're wanting to stream anything, bring something to cast to "

"Great location, super easy access to the RMNP. House was great, perfect for our getaway. Back porch views were great of the river and landscape. Based on personal preference, we didn’t care for the bamboo toilet paper and tissue or the low pressure shower head. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. So, with all of that we still give it a 5 as it’s a great location, super clean, great communication, easy access to the park & would absolutely stay here again."

"The property and the location are stunning. We saw an abundance of turkey and deer around the property. Our only concern was that we lacked enough towels, toilet paper or oven mitts during our stay. It’s listed as sleeping 8 and while we didn’t have half of that, we didn’t have enough toilet paper or towels after the first day. Otherwise it was a great stay and an incredible location to wake up in. "
