The private hot tub outside was awesome as well as the gas fireplace at the foot of the bed. 2 seconds from the Fall River Park entrance. It was perfect for my wife and I and would definitely book again for our next trip. "

"Close to Estes park, spent a few days with friends. Surrounded by forests, it was a lovely get away spot. Clean with a good atmosphere and supplies for cooking and the little jetted tub was fun. TV is older so if you're wanting to stream anything, bring something to cast to "
