  • Some moments only come once — families gathered together to celebrate a wedding. Fallbrook Estate is our 3600sf family vacation home on 5 acres of wine country, made for exactly that. Also perfect for mini getaways, couples' retreats, and family time.

    Our land has a story. For decades, hundreds of avocado trees shaded these 5 acres — and like many avocado farms, we suffered drought, and the recent brutal heat took them. Saying goodbye to these 30-yr old trees was hard. But from that loss came new life: we've just planted a young olive grove, and every morning we watch 700 baby olive trees stretch toward the magnificent sunrise over the valley. Come and see us!

    Inside: private pool, custom bar and game rooms (pool table, foosball), 3 fireplaces, 5+ smart TVs, piano, full kitchen + gas grill, dedicated workspace, free washer/dryer, and 5-space driveway parking.

    The location: minutes from Monserate Winery, Grand Tradition Estate & Gardens and surrounded by wedding venues (Wedgewood, Los Willows, Tivoli), Fallbrook wineries (The Vineyard 1924, Fallbrook Winery, Myrtle Creek), and championship golf (The Golf Club of California, Pala Mesa).

    This isn't a staged investment property — it's our family's own vacation home, custom and personal in every detail. We share it with you exactly as we love it.

Great house for a large family or wedding party! We got married at Monserate Winery which is only about a 4 minute drive. Every room is so spacious and perfectly described. Denise was very responsive. There is a long drive way with a gate clicker needed at all times but other than that, a great stay! Highly recommend. Thank you Denise!

Fantastic get away spot

This place is just as beautiful as the pictures. Plenty of room for multiple guests, fun game room, beautiful pool. Host is very responsive. Highly recommended staying here. Close to wineries and not too far from the airport. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

This property is a great value! Huge house that easily slept our whole family of 9. Super comfy beds as well! Only con I’d say is that the house overall was a little dated and the outside could use a clean but that wasn’t a deal breaker for us! All of the appliances worked perfectly!

We booked this VRBO last minute after our previous VRBO canceled on us. This house was better than we had even expected. The distance to the wedding venue and local eateries it was perfect and very comfortable. The host is incredible and very responsive! Would love to stay here again

A fun get away with family

My wife and I took our kids and grand kids away to Fallbrook, 12 of us total. The house was big enough to accomodate all of us. With the pool, pool table, and great entertainment system. We had a great time without leaving the property. Denise was quick to get back to me with any question I had.

Beautiful place

Beautiful and secluded. We had a few hiccups with the pool not being cleaned but it was fixed as soon as I talked to the owner. Place has a problem with sugar ants so you can’t leave anything out for to long or in the dishwasher unclean. Otherwise it’s perfect for all ages! With a pool, foosball and pool table.close to wineries and 30-46min to the beach. Would recommend staying here.

Nice family get away

Perfect home for our small family gathering for our parents’ anniversary. Lots of room. Great set up and layout for entertaining. Unfortunately it was too cold for the pool, but everyone wants to come back in the Summer to enjoy the house again. Only complaint was that the floors were pretty dirty. If you walked around inside barefoot, your feet got dirty and it was very obvious with the white couches.

Perfect Location for Family Wedding

My family of 5, my brother and his family of 4, and my mother were able to enjoy this wonderful home for a few days in April while attending a wedding in Fallbrook. The home was everything that is advertised and situated in an incredibly quiet and peaceful neighborhood. As an avid cyclist, I was excited to take advantage of the close proximity for a ride up Mt. Palomar, a popular HC road climb in this area. Communication with the host was very timely and helpful. Pool water was chilly, but felt wonderful after lounging in the sun. Highly recommend!

Beautiful views

We really enjoyed our stay and the views on this property! The host was great to work with and quickly answered any of our questions. The space was huge and plenty for our family with 9 total staying in the space. We were out and about for a wedding all weekend and wished we could have more time with the all the ammentities and nearby wineries! Beds were comfy, kitchen is stocked and spacious, and the pack and play worked great for our family. For those travelling into downtown Falbrook - we had a little confusion turning right out of the property and running into a gate that we were unable to get through. Always turn right down the mountain :) Also note that you are in a mountain, so the roads approaching the property are windy and steep for those driving at night.

We had a great time at this property! 4 adults and 4 kids (13-20). The pool was great, the kids loved the video game machine and pool table. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were all very comfortable. Our host was SUPER easy to communicate with for any questions and replied within minutes. We were also able to get an early check-in and that really helped start our stay off wonderfully!
