"My room was clean at check-in, I didn't ask for daily cleaning. The breakfast each morning had healthy options, the breakfast food serving areas were always full of food, the dining area is very roomy and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful."

The unexpected room upgrade truly added to our engagement celebration and made our stay unforgettable. All the staff were very friendly, attentive and made us feel exceptionally welcomed. "We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the stadium and aquarium. Unfortunately, after our stay here we felt we paid way too much for what we received. The cost when we booked was $275 for a night. There was a few issues I should note. The first, the elevator was out so a staff member had to ride it down first before you could go up. The second, our room was REALLY hot and we turned the thermostat down but it wouldn’t cool off. We had to open a window and at 2am, there was a very loud beeping that sounded like a truck backing up. This noise went on and off until 8am but because our room was so hot, he had to keep the window open. We were also in a weird corner room with a very ugly view of the HVAC systems where you can constantly hear the drone of it outside. If you end up staying here, make sure you’re not on this side of the hotel. We will not be staying here again. "
