"This property is well located on the hip strip. It is a property in transition. The restaurant and pool are closed; not sure if they are going to open. Security is good. Lots of stuff to see and do nearby. The Doctor’s Cave beach and a Starbucks are across the street but the beach requires a fee for admission and an extra fee if you want a beach chair and umbrella."

"Piper's Cove was an excellent choice for our vacation. The staff was helpful, friendly, and courteous. We would love to return and enjoy another stay at Pipers Cove. "

"The property was beautiful and offered great views and even had a small private pool. The space was welcoming and large, perfect for a small family! We do recommend the resort, especially during hot months, to have the AC units serviced appropriately as there aren’t many close dining options so most meals are prepared in the home, and no AC in the kitchen was miserably hot. We did have a difficult time after check in to get in touch with the resort to arrange transportation in a timely manner....

"The room was horrible it was dirty the air half worked, the stove was rusty no way could anyone cook on it.The ceiling tile was filthy and in areas it leaked.There was no daily house keeping,there was huge roaches in the room the sliding door was broken we barley could use the balcony,the box springs on the beds were dry rotten.. The fabric litterly was falling off of the box springs.No tea and coffee maker..as promised the tub would not drain properly, the was were dirty... But I had fun...

"Truly cannot recommend this resort enough. Everyone was so kind, accommodating, and ensured our entire family had a wonderful time. From the welcome cool towel and cocktail, to making sure our glasses were full by the pool and on the beach, to stopping us on our way back to our room to make sure we had everything we needed. All of the restaurants on the resort are AMAZNG. Making the reservations was kind of a pain but so worth it. Some of the best meals our family has eaten. It never felt too crowded, and you could relax or party as much or as little as you wanted. There were some peddlers on the beach, but there were never too much of a nuisance. All around our family cannot wait for our next trip here to enjoy the luxury and experience. If you were like us and are sitting on your phone or laptop scroll through reviews trying to find the perfect resort to book for your dream vacation, please look no further.
