The ocean visibility is 100%, i think any room you book it will be. The management and staff is very nice 100% too. The building and rooms is very old fashion old, and dirty. I'm suspecting the linens are wash but it's been there for maybe 80 years so they look dirty and stain, so does everything including the building. The place is just run down. The price is definitely not worth it. So if you see the price gone up don't book it, unless you are desperate for shelter. This should be a cheap price hotel, oh and there are no amenities to this hotel only wifi. The location is in the middle of the strip, i guess that's what i pay for.

The overall view was excellent. I would stay there again even though the apartment itself needs some work. Most of the blinds were missing and ants were all over the place. It needs a good cleaning and proper window treatments. If that happens, this would be the best place to stay. Ocean view, the Freeport and airport were visible from the balcony. Love love the views, inside the apartment not so much.

It took a long time to get checked because there was issues with our room. The ocean view was beautiful and our transportation was not included like it said we paid 21 extra for it I would not recommend the stay for the price I paid

I enjoyed my stay at the property. The room was spacious. I love the idea that the patio was overlooking the beach. If you have a question or concern management was ready to assist. I would advise anyone looking for accommodation to stay at the resort. And if cooking is your thing, there is also a kitchen.

The first room was cute and nicely decorated but had roaches, only one burner worked on the stove, there was no hot water, and the fan did not work. After speaking with management they offered to spray the following day if we stay. We respectfully declined asking to be moved which he agreed for additional us cash only even though we originally paid with a credit card. We were unable to speak to anyone other then the man who charged us to move rooms. He said because we paid for a package the rate is different. In my opinion the first one was cheaper because of all the issues. The second room was no upgrade but was well kept, clean, no roaches, and everything worked properly.

Do not stay here!!! This a fraud. The name says it is a resort but don’t be fooled. It is NOT!!! . These are condos which people own and rent them out. They are extremely dirty, no one is ever available for cleaning the rooms or replacing any towels or other necessities. No restaurant in the building as stated on the website, and false pictures of a different building. We had to go back and forth with Expedia to get us out of there. Still working with Expedia for the return. It was an extremely stressful experience.

I’ve never left a negative review before, but I felt like others should be warned about this place…. Outside of building looked like a construction zone. Everything was falling apart, tiles were missing/broken and it was very confusing trying to find the “front desk office”. The office was in a random room that you had to be directed to because it wasn’t obvious. Person checking me in was nice, but not very professional. He took a picture of my drivers license with his phone. The room was big, but dirty. There was rust on the sink, toilet, floors, and shower. Room didn’t have AC and balcony door was broken. There was music at night being played VERY loudly until 1am and could be heard in the room along with people screaming and partying. Lock on the room didn’t feel safe (chain that you put on a little hook) which made me feel unsettled. I wouldn’t recommend this “resort” unless it is the only hotel available. I only had to stay one night, but I wouldn’t have lasted any longer than that.

Room was disgustingly dirty. Shower curtain had blood on it. Mold all in the bathroom under sink. floors and all were so dirty. No AC. No power for one whole day. No Wifi. it was the worse EXPERIENCE ever !
