Super friendly and helpful welcome. Room had everything I needed for a couple of nights, and the coffee machine was a very welcome bonus. Breakfast was good, plenty of selection with hot food cooked to order.

Katie, the host, was very friendly and helpful ensuring that we had the best possible stay. There was free water and various biscuits, including home made, in the room. The room was warm, clean and comfortable and cleaned daily if you wished. She explained everything so well and was so approachable it helped to make the stay. Breakfast was amazing with everything freshly cooked and delivered by the most friendly and chatty waitress called Trish, who absolutely made our stay. Both Katie and Trish were 'proper Cornish' and an absolute delight. There was plenty of parking which is an absolute bonus when staying in Falmouth.

Perfect location close to a beautiful beach and near to harbour, perfect host Katie, nothing was to much trouble, lovely breakfast and super comfortable clean room, bonus was excellent off road parking, would stay again and recommend to others.

Was a great find. Had everything we needed and the beach at the bottom of the road. 5 mins from train station and Katie and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you. Would highly recommend.

It was a fabulous, relaxing stay in a brilliant location for me. The room, the greeting, the breakfast, the greeting at breakfast, the flexibility (as I had to extend my stay a couple of times!)....all were simply great. I will be back without a doubt. This is a very good property to stay. It is well located being just 5 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes to the town centre. There is off street parking and a hearty breakfast to start the day. Our host was Katie was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this property.

Very welcoming, very homely, it’s been a lovely stay. All the staff are so friendly and went above and beyond during our stay. Breakfast was really good, and again, the staff were lovely.

It’s a traditional /relatively simple guest house but what makes it very very special is Katie and the rest of the staff. They are the loveliest people. Katie got me out of a few pickles during my stay there. Very convenient location for beach, station and town. Couldnt be any better. You dont need a car at all. Rooms facing the road is a bit loud with traffic in the early morning so bring some earplugs. And of course the room was very clean. Freshly cooked breakfast was really nice, much better than a soulless buffet u normally get at a hotel where the food sits there for who knows how long. Thank you Katie + family.
