"Our stay at S Hotel Jamaica exceeded every expectation. The staff went above and beyond, always ready with local tips and recommendations that made our trip even better. Our room was spotless throughout the stay, and the property itself is stunning. The food and drinks were a highlight; every meal was delicious, and the cocktails didn't disappoint. While the beach is technically public, S Hotel's section makes all the difference, staff set up loungers for you and servers come around with drinks, so you barely have to lift a finger. And the water itself is incredible: crystal clear and pristine, easily one of the best beaches I've ever visited. We're already looking forward to coming back!"

"Al inicio en mi llegada no tuve buena recepción ya que me dieron una habitación en un 5to piso sin ascensor y para colmo el mal olor a pintura reciente era insoportable y no querian cambiarme de habitación y tuve que ponerme de mal humos y solicitar un supervisor y es cuando él Se. Robert corroboro lo que le indiqué y este de inmediato procedió con el cambio a una mejor; después de esto tuve una estadía muy buena y la ubicación es buena, la limpieza. Mi tema fue al inicio y es por lo que ofrezco esta puntuación, ya que antes de entregar una habitación a un cliente se debe confrontar que todo está en orden y si el cliente tiene alguna limitación para subir a un 5to piso a cada instante. Deben de colocar ascensor ya que no existe y el personal que está debe ser bilingüe en varios idiomas como el español y el francés. Nada más hablan english y esto está debajo de los estándares para su hotel como este"

"We enjoyed the pool proxemty to bldg. 5 & the bar & snack bar close by to the pool. The evening entertainment was nice, but it would have nice to have had one night of eight of a quieter nature for dancing for folks less than 30 !! The food in the resturants was excellent except for the Asian resturant. We didn't care for it at all. The morning meals were wonderful as was the staff !! Thanks for the shaved Smoked Salmon. My favorite each day. The tour guide folks were quite friendly and very helpful."

"The owners were very attentive; they accommodated our arrival time and gave us tips about the city—they were very kind. The house was beautiful, and the room was incredibly bright, featuring a terrace with an amazing view of the surrounding nature. The pool was clean, and the outdoor area, was stunning. The only thing that seemed disproportionate to me was the A/C fee—$50 per night struck me as excessive."

"Our clients had an amazing stay and couldn't stop talking about how much they enjoyed the property. They even said they didn't want to leave and are already looking forward to coming back!The home was exactly as described—beautiful, comfortable, and equipped with everything they needed. They especially loved having access to the pool and gym, which made their stay even more enjoyable.What truly stood out was the host's kindness and flexibility. My client's son graduated on the day of check-in, which meant they wouldn't arrive until almost midnight based on the distance they had to travel. The host was incredibly accommodating and made the late arrival completely stress-free. That level of understanding and hospitality was greatly appreciated.As a travel advisor, it's always a pleasure working with hosts who genuinely care about their guests' experience. I would confidently recommend this property and look forward to booking future stays here both for myself and for my clients as well. Excellent 10/10 Highly recommend"
