"Lovely hotel in excellent location, room was very comfortable, spacious with a newly refurbed bathroom. Lounge area served great food with a lovely atmosphere. Spa was fantastic although feel that as a hotel guest it should be at a reduced rate. Staff were all very friendly, breakfast a great selection. The only negative was we could hear next doors television late into the evening. Would definitely stay again."

"Great hotel with amazing views. My room as well as the hotel were immaculate. Lovely helpful and efficient staff. The pub located on the lower level was excellent with both staff and the quality of food. I will definitely return and stay again."

"The inn keepers were awesome. Welcoming, attentive and friendly. My room was clean and comfy. Highly recommend the Chainlocker "

"We were well looked after by Scout on arrival. The property had a very calming atmosphere. The menu is not extensive but the quality of the food was excellent and we liked the idea of the small plates it gave the opportunity to try a number of items (in the style of tapas but with more quantity). This was a great place to get away and relax and we would not hesitate to return."

"The room was clean and smell nice. Room has everything you need (fridge, microvawe, kettle, some plate and cutlery)"

"A bit tired. Could do with a good scrub and a coat of paint. Room ok. We only stayed a couple of nights. I would not have wanted to be there for a week. Pool and sauna very good. Shower by sauna very good. Hot tub and flooring near pool seemed like it could be cleaner. Breakfast buffet ok but much better ordering off the menu. Food in the restaurant for the evening meal was good. All staff were very good!"

"The owners were lovely, the private bathroom was amazing. The entire place was very cosy, and the breakfast was nice, but the room could have done with a bit of a spring clean."

"A great stay"

"Perfect location - nothing better than going for a daily sea swim at the beach at the bottom of the garden. We had a garden view room with a balcony that looked through the gardens and to the sea - made for idyllic mornings and evenings. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay."

"Great place to stay in Falmouth which has so much to offer. Good positioning us for a couple of nights as we walk the South West Coast Path."

"Lovely place and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would revisit."

"Close to Trebha gardens and stop at Maen Smith village pub on way back to hotel."
