Lovely and very professionally & efficiently run hotel. Loved the cozy atmosphere in the bar, special mention to Maja for her friendliness. Really enjoyed having a decent sized swimming pool and being able to have a swim before breakfast. Our only - slight - gripe was breakfast in that we had to point out to the breakfast waiting staff that the bread had run out 20 minutes ago - they hadn't noticed - but this was rectified immediately. The breakfast service was also quite slow and the coffee was cold. But, all in all a fabulous stay and I've already recommended the hotel to a friend who's planning on going to Falmouth.

Lovely hotel - would happily return

We loved this hotel, it was wonderfully clean and beautifully decorated. A nice relaxing vide around the whole place. All the staff we met were polite and professional. A nice pool. No air con in room but that was expected so no problem. A couple things that could be improved.. no restaurant menu, just small plates so no option to eat in. Breakfast was good. There is no info card in room so wasn’t sure of meal times, pool times etc. checkout was done on a pc which lacks a personal goodbye touch but get it’s a modern thing. In the bathroom there is 1 hand wash so you transfer it from shower to sink and back again, no big deal but put a small soap in sink. About a 12 min walk to town or beach. Would happily stay here again next time

Partly the price - better than expected.

Free parking outside the hotel (a bonus), greeted on entry and helped with check in. Rooms were adequate with ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was a little different: limited cereal option but different bread options for toast. A new one to me was the set menu for cooked breakfast- made to order. Also a choice of teas and coffee. Swimming pool and steam room downstairs as well. A quiet location, a short distance from the shopping areas on each side. 10-15 minute walk or drive it in less. Another feature was book a taxi at the touch of a button. Finally couldn't fault the staff for their excellent customer service. I would recommend this hotel - mainly for couples and friends. Although I would stay here again myself.

We loved our stay in the hotel. The proximity to two train stations and to all the restaurants on High Street made it an ideal location. The breakfast and evenings at the bar were really comfortable and generous, the staff was perfect. DIY check in and check out, though less than appealing, is the way most hotels are working these days.
