"This property was incredible! The location was right in the heart of the old historic center and was easy to find, easy to get our luggage to, without too many steps! The communication from the host was very detailed and they accommodated our early check in request. They were very helpful and the apartment was spacious with every amenity you would want while away on vacation. Plus, the bed was super comfortable! Would highly recommend this property!!!"

"It's certainly very unique in its Gothic style and very spacious, close to everything. but we found dust in corners and on some selves, the storage room was full of cleaning stuff and smelled like mold....also even it is only 4 miniutes walk from the ferry, with its location at the top of the hill and to carry big suitcases along the pebble stone road all the way up to check in is no fun at all."

"This place was great. The manager helped us out on all aspects she is a 5 star host. She really went out of her way to help out. Apartment is super clean, had a chance to workout in the gym and run down and get an expresso in the morning. I highly recommend this place to anyone, it was great. "

"Very nicely located property. 5-8 minutes to the water. Less than 1 km to train. Very competitive price. Only complaints, as they may be important to some renters. 4th floor walkup is 80 stairs to unit. Could be too much for some. Would've thought there would be instant coffee. Some would want tea. It's not there. Otherwise a great stay. All in all, these are minor issues unless they are deal breakers for you. They weren't for us"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The view from the deck overlooking Lake Como is so stunning, we sat outside every morning just taking in the lake and mountains! The private dock was INCREDIBLE, we could jump into the lake whenever we wanted and cool off during the hot summer weather. "Pro's and cons: Pro's first: good location, a short drive from Luino, a good sized lakeside town. You can take ferries from Luino all round the lake, including to the Borromean islands. You'll have to spend some time aquainting yourself with the ferry timetable and a map of the lake. Nothing much goes on in Dumenza itself.
