The location of the hotel is great for Protarus and the beach and the quality of the food was lovely. I can’t fault this place. "Excellent value for money accomodation just a short walk from all the bars, shops etc. Breakfast was excellent with enough hot and cold choices for all. Our studio was perhaps a little dated and the bathroom could do with renewing but it was clean with plenty of hot water. The pool was clean and large with plenty of sunloungers for everyone.Would definitely recommend this accommodation."

Towels had stains on them and toilet door had no privacy wouldn’t lock or close correctly you could look in. We were there the one week and not once was the room cleaned or sheets changed in duration of the week we slept in dirty sheets made us disgusting, the shower wouldn’t drain properly and had a few friendly cockroaches arrive. "This was one place you could not fault the staff at all. They were all so kind and helpful and went above and beyond for us especially my little boy who is a super fussy eater. Maria in the main restaurant was just so amazing. Fabio from the animation team has an amazing team for the entertainment! Marina Hristiana Mo George all from the bar and restaurant were just so kind and very helpful. Don’t change you have it all spot on!"

"Very good location with very good transport links to both local and Intercity locations. Very helpful staff even before arriving with transport options and also whilst staying there. Local shops and restaurants close by Very clean through out and helpful housekeeping staff. Comfortable room good wifi. Could purchase nice reasonably priced breakfast and evening dinner if required. Enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again "
