Villas in Famagusta District

"The villa has a fantastic outdoor and downstairs area. It’s a little tired and needs some work on the following - 2 sunbeds broken, show nozzles poor, safe not working on arrival, a window (downstairs) not locking on arrival, BBQ broken on arrival. All was fixed quickly. However there was a constant leak in 1 bathroom we never explained to the host and the bed mattresses could do with someImprovement. Generally lacking a little love and doesn’t look like the pictures. It is however a great villa...

"All good standard villa. Perfect for a holiday has everything you need."

"Very impressed with this property, although one of the bedrooms is downstairs which is not as described. Also, one of the smoke alarms was beeping constantly when we got there and as it was a bank holiday, we were told just to remove it! We went and bought another battery and fitted ourselves. Paid for the pool to be heated which was 200 per day which was expensive but worth it. Kept running out of hot water until we realised there were booster buttons and one of the toilets didnt flush...

"We could not fault the villa - exactly as described. Lovely, great location near town and the beach."

"Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön. Tolle Lage. Man kann zu Fuß zu diversen Restaurants gehen."

"Everything was as shown in the pictures, communication was clear and precise! The house was super clean, we as a group has absolutely nothing to complain about! Nothing everything was great"

Vast grounds and stunning views. Secluded but not totally isolated. Being set back in the hills, there was a gorgeous breeze while lazing around the pool in the hot temperatures. Car hire recommended. It’s about a 5 min drive to Protaras Beach, but too far to walk due to the hill and heat. Highly recommend!"

"Villa is modern and well equipped although the bedrooms are small, adequate for us as a couple, or perhaps a small family but two couples would be cramped. The photos don't show that there is now a street of villas directly behind, which are almost finished and several of which will have a clear view of the pool, garden and into all rooms at the rear of the villa unless the blinds are closed! Also the low walls between villas means there is very little privacy from the villas either side, and...
