"Fantastic place as a whole and I’d stay there again no doubt"

"The studio apartment was very spacious with extra touches that made it very comfortable. The place is situated where it is very peaceful. The air con is really effective . The staff are fab. The pool area is lovely. Just some feedback for consideration. Mugs and tea towels in the kitchen would be helpful. Appreciate work is ongoing before the high season - so tightening the straps on the base of the lounge chairs would be helpful to include and sorting the humming noise that is seemingly coming from the lift when its breezy. "

"We came here not first time! Very nice hotel! Perfect location, 5 min from the sea. Cozy bar next to the swimming pool. Very tasty food, nice menu. Friendly helpful staff in reception, especially Mrs. Stavroula and blonde girl from Kyiv, with beautiful smile) Boys from bar very good at serving! Manager atbrestaurant very attentive and polite. "We had a totally relaxing holiday, just what we needed. Kimberley was so helpful throughout our enquiries, booking process, pre-arrival, and also during our stay. With extra thoughtful touches, such as the provision of pool / beach towels and a food pack with some staples upon arrival, including a bottle of prosecco to celebrate our anniversary! The many outside areas to choose from around the villa ensured we could seek sun or shade at any time of the day. We found the location excellent - on the outskirts of Penera, we had the choice of bars and restaurants in Penera, or we could head towards Protaras and the numerous venues around and along the strip. Whilst not everything was open, as we went at the very beginning of the season, there was more than enough to choose from, even during the first two weeks in April. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful villa. "

"Rooms were great and clean, lots of staff around. Fun in early April even if not all of the kids services were running yet. Beautiful little clear beach nearby, kids loved the sand. Great buffet"

"Out of season and it was very quiet, which was very nice. The Spa area was not very clean, there was not even a bottle of water for those who were using sauna, this is very poor. There was mould on some of the loungers.. The loungers did not have any cover, there was therefore no option to relax anywhere after sauna, I simply do not understand it. You sell your rooms but because it is not very busy you simply do not even care about those who come to stay. Also, they knew we were a couple but gave us two separate beds joint together.. Why? The bathroom was so tiny, that to be able to open the bathroom door from the inside we had to step into the shower.. Definitely not a 5 stars. For that price unnacceptable."

"This was a fantastic hotel with friendly staff and excellent food. The sushi restaurant was not part of all inclusive but was so worth it we went there 3 times! Was right by the beach and the sea was calm."

Thoughtful extras like bottle of wine on arrival just added to the overall fantastic experience- definitely recommend and would love to come back"
