"A good sized villa in a quiet location close to local amenities and Konnos Beach. The provision of basic food essentials - bread, milk, marg, jam, tea and coffee were very much appreciated after a long journey and late arrival. Nice to have pool towels provided too. Comfortable beds and good water pressure in the showers. A well equipped kitchen although we did very little cooking with such a wide choice of places to eat out in Ayia Napa or Protarus, both just a short drive away. I recommend...

"This villa is just perfect for a relaxing holiday with everything you need and more. We received a lovely welcome from the owner who’s communication was brilliant from the minute we booked. Extra touches like the wine & foods when we arrived were very kind. We loved the pool & garden area which has a lovely bbq and plenty of seating areas to just sit back & chill. "Nice villa for a family/quiet stay. The beach nearby is a bit rocky for the kids to get into the water, but there is nice sandy one a bit further. Anyways I would recommend hiring a car and exploring the area around. Not many restaurants in immediate vicinity, but "Poseidon" worked very well for us. The check-in/out was with a locked key, process was very smooth. Cleanliness is very nice. Wifi works well. One minor remark - knives are quite dull in the kitchen."

"I'm not one for writing reviews, but we've just returned from Protaras and wanted to say what a great time we had. Communication from our rep George was brilliant. The place was clean, and for us perfectly positioned. Quiet but not too far to get to the beach or shops. We hired a car but there is a bus running very regularly past the villa. Having stayed in Cyprus previously one of the best things about this villa was they don't allow dune buggies, or quad bikes in the grounds. Those things...

"Really spacious villa. Pool is great. Location is brilliant, with a small beach just a minute away, many other larger beaches a small walk away, lots of local cuisine and a bus stop quite close. We had all facilities we needed except for a few things like oven gloves and drying towels. Concierge and villa reps were very kind and responsive and helped us out with all of our queries. A great touch."

"A very good villa with plenty of space inside and out. Follow footpath between villas and you are only 150 yards from beach. Positioned in a Culdesac the only vehicles you hear is the pool cleaner. If you want a meal and a couples night out, protaras strip is 10 mins walk, by road or by coastal footpath. Our taxi driver was brilliant. Met us at the airport and then looked after our luggage on the way back, as we had a 22.50 flight and had to vacate villa at 11am. Plenty of beach towels, so do...

"Arrived at the villa at 1.30am. Easily found with the directions given by the host. Welcome pack was a great touch. Villa was clean, linen clean and fresh. Villa had everything we could need and plenty of room. Pool was a good size. Great powerful outdoor shower. Plenty of outdoor furniture. Good communication from the rental agency. Overall we had a lovely, peaceful, relaxing stay and would love to return one day."

"We arrived and found out there was a building site in the area directly behind the villa which we knew nothing about the owner should of told us ( as had we of known we would not of booked ) but he kept quite never said a word just took our money.Come Monday morning at 6.50-7am and most mornings after for the next 7 days it started, we had to put up with a lot of noisy machinery ,cement pouring from large machines, banging, drilling throughout most of the day up until at least 4-5pm. "This hotel was simply lovely. The building has recently been extensively refurbished and the quality of the work was really nice. The location of the hotel is great for Protarus and the beach and the quality of the food was lovely. I can’t fault this place. The food and drinks were of high quality. The off site restaurants included in our deal were a nice change. "This was one place you could not fault the staff at all. They were all so kind and helpful and went above and beyond for us especially my little boy who is a super fussy eater. Maria in the main restaurant was just so amazing. Fabio from the animation team has an amazing team for the entertainment!
