"The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, with good facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As a solo traveller, I was made very welcome, to feel comfortable, getting to know most of the staff by name. Great amenities, buffet restaurant, with indoor and outdoor area. Two outdoor pools, one large and one smaller children's, with loungers. A health spa, gym and 24 hour reception. Right in the heart of Ayia Napa, close to everything. "

A good selection of food and drinks for those choosing the all inclusive option. The gym was basic and could do with a bit of an update but is at a standard expected for the star rating of the hotel. "Great value for money! The reception staff was excellent:friendly, professional and helpful! Someone who likes a very quiet room might be a bit disappointed, but we absolutely loved the city sounds from the beautiful Saint Lazarus Square. We highly recommend staying in a room that overlooks the square. you may have to pay a bit more but it's absolutely worth it! Our room had a little balcony and we spent most of our time sitting there talking and watching the world go by. Great restaurants...
