"Beautiful hotel,staff lovely, food was probably overall the best holiday hotel food we've had.assigned sun beds worked well.Evening entertainment was ok but lacked atmosphere due to poor attendance, drink prices probably kept people away but expected for 5 star hotel.I found lack of toilets in reception/bar area strange ,bit of a walk to get a toilet ,think Weatherspoons 😂 .Around a 10 minute walk to beach.The walk to and from hotel from street has a fairly steep climb not sure if people with walking difficulties would manage or are aware,if so worth checking with hotel as there maybe another route for easier access."

"Beautiful hotel, super-maintained and very clean, with super-friendly staff who make you feel pampered. The facilities are very good, with a full breakfast. It's right across from a wonderful beach. I'm also grateful that we went to celebrate my husband's birthday and they made me feel so welcome. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Gorgeous private pool, lovely room with living room and bar. The bed was very comfortable. Claire the guest relations manager was so welcoming and helpful with recommendations. All the staff very polite. Hotel exceptionally clean. Tasty food especially ceasar salad but reduced menu which became a bit of a bore! Would recommend! "

"Property offered excellent value for money. Staff was extremely attentive and polite, especially the team taking care of housekeeping, the restaurant and the reception. I would highlight the pool facilities and the lounge as the best amenities. Unfortunately the surrounding area of the hotel is very loud and generic. The area around Aiya Napa is much quieter, which would suit this property better."
