"I couldn't get in to the property. I arrived at around 7pm and put the code into the door lock and turned the handle only to find that the door was also locked with another lock I phoned the contact number on the booking confirmation only to find it was an office and nobody was there, so I left a message, I never had a reply. I rang Hotels.com, who were very helpful. But they were unable to get me a refund. I had not read the reviews for the place, but I sugest that if you want to make booking...

"All was cleaned and tide the only thing was someone dirt pots and pans in the sink need to be washed up and a pans on the cooker with food still stans in it been though onto the cooker The rest wash fantastic and clean Mr ks Allcorn Room 13 Thank you "

"This property was not as described. The room was nothing like the photos. There is no bathroom, just a toilet and sink with a bare light bulb. Carpet is filthy. There was no working light in the room. Someone had taken the bulb from the only lamp. No lights in the stairwell. Totally unsuitable. No towels were provided."

"Horrible room, dirt and grime everywhere. Sticky floor. Bed clearly just remade after previous guests or squatters, black hairs and pubes. Bed cushion had ominous stains! Slept fully clothed! No WiFi code despite being the selling point and even requesting it. Was told to let them know if arriving after 9pm or they couldn’t help with anything, which I did, but no response to wifi question! Weird selection of a couple of old forks, bowls, mug and the kettle didn’t work and smelled like someone...
