Welcome to Torrud Gård! Enjoy a relaxing holiday in our newly built, modern and spacious apartment on our family farm overlooking beautiful Lake Viksjön.

Surrounded by green pastures, grazing cows and peaceful Swedish countryside, this is the perfect place to unwind, enjoy nature and experience authentic rural Sweden.

Our accommodation combines modern comfort with swimming, fishing, boating and outdoor adventures – ideal for couples and families looking for a relaxing holiday close to Sweden's beautiful West Coast.

**🏡 The Apartment**

The apartment features a bright, open-plan layout with generous living and dining areas. From both the sofa and dining table, you can enjoy lovely views of the lake and surrounding countryside.

The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances and direct access to a newly built 16.5 m² private terrace. Enjoy your morning coffee, outdoor meals or the evening sunshine while watching the cows grazing in the fields below.

The apartment accommodates up to four guests and offers:

- Two bedrooms: one with a double bed (180 cm) and one with two single beds (90 cm each).
- Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.
- Modern bathroom with a rainfall shower, washing machine and tumble dryer.
- Spacious living room with a 65-inch TV, Chromecast and free Wi-Fi.
- Geothermal heating with a cooling system, keeping the apartment comfortable throughout the year.

**🌊 Sandy Beach, Boating & Fishing**

Just 150–200 metres from the apartment, you will find our small sandy beach by Lake Viksjön, available for our guests and ourselves to enjoy.

Spend sunny days swimming, relaxing by the water or enjoying peaceful evenings around the lakeside fire pit.

An aluminium boat (Linder Fishing 410) with an electric motor and oars is included free of charge during your stay. Explore the lake, enjoy the scenery or try fishing for pike, zander and perch. A fishing permit is required and must be purchased separately.

An older canoe is also available to borrow free of charge, and a second boat with an electric motor can be rented for an additional fee.

There is also an outdoor seating area with a picnic table and charcoal barbecue beside the apartment.

**🌲 Nature, Farm Life & Exploring West Sweden**

Torrud Gård has been in our family for five generations. Here you can experience authentic Swedish countryside life on a working family farm, surrounded by forests, open fields and beautiful natural scenery.

The surrounding area is perfect for walking, fishing, outdoor activities and picking mushrooms and berries during the season.

Our farm is also an excellent base for day trips to Sweden's stunning West Coast. Discover the picturesque seaside towns of Smögen and Lysekil, or explore the peaceful lakes and forests of Dalsland.

**Good to Know**

You will have private use of the entire apartment and its terrace, as well as access to the outdoor seating and barbecue area and our lakeside beach.

Bed linen, duvets and pillows are included. Towels are not provided, so please bring your own.
