Found a hair in the bath tub and our room wasn’t ready at 3pm as the check in time was. The gentleman at the front desk didn’t care. We were told that our room could be ready but he had no clue. We went up a saw the cleaning staff cleaning our room then we asked how long till it was ready and she got angry and upset and phoned up the front desk and started to yell at them right in front of us. We won’t be come back

The pool was wonderful, we really appreciated that it was kept at such a warm temperature. We really missed the hot tub after a long day of walking tho. Staff could pay a bit more attention when they are making up the room. The bed skirt was ½ off my bed and we had to fix it ourselves because we were tripping on it. Very nice breakfast room, overlooking the pool. Nice that it was big enough that it never felt crowded, even tho the hotel was full. Overall a very nice hotel. We would stay there again.

house keeping started knocking on doors and yelling at each other down the halls at 8:30 on Saturday and sunday. other then that everything was great, room was nice and clean and updated, staff were nice, and it has good parking

The hotel was good, and I would definitely stay there again. The hotel isn’t new, so there is some wear and tear on the facility. Overall, it’s a nice and comfortsble hotel.
