"The carpet in both elevators is very, very stained and dirty. It needs to ripped out!! Other than that everything was clean. Staff was friendly. A/C was a little noisy and could use updating. I will stay again when visiting family in Miamisburg."

"I liked the area of the hotel..has many restaurants and nearby kroger market The hotel is clean and well maintained The staff of the reception is so NON welcoming."

"The front desk was very helpful and the cleaning staff was so friendly and thorough. Breakfast was delicious and the pool was clean. All and all great experience and couldnt ask for anything more."

"The only thing I would like for every hotel to do is make sure the beds are easy to get in and out of Having to climb up is ridiculous Also, why are the faucets in the bathroom sink in such a bad place"

"Didn't like breakfast set up"

"The hotel furnishings are showing their age. Property seemed well maintained and room was clean. First room assigned had problem with lights by bed and a dead house phone. Desk personnel reassigned to larger room at no charge. Bed was ok though a bit soft for me. Breakfast was ok to good (same items for three days we visited), and the dining area was clean and kept tidy. Hotel personnel at front desk, dining area, and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. I rated the stay as good...

"We have stayed here the past two years when traveling to a nearby festival. The staff is amazing, breakfast is great, rooms are big and very nice however two years in a row there was trash left in cabinets, drawers, under pull out couch and no trash bags left for us. We would like to stay again my only suggestion is housekeeping check cabinets, drawers and fridges for leftover trash from other guests. Thank you"

"Nice room. Free parking. Friendly staff. Swimming pool was nice, but Jacuzzi looked a little murky; not helped by a discarded band-aid on the floor. Well appointed gym. Nice bar to sit at in the evenings and plenty of areas to sit. Handy for the University."

"The room was clean and very accommodating; the continental breakfast could have used some additional amenities."

"The stay was great. Everything was well maintained, the staff very friendly. Would definitely stay again"
