The floors were dirty. Trash all over. Indoor pool was freezing. Breakfast was either empty or still frozen (sausage, hash browns). Apparently Baymont just acquired this property, but much more work should have been done before opening. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets though. The toilet had to be flushed 6x just to get rid of toilet paper.

Our room was dirty with stained linens, shredded curtains, a large hole in the bathroom door and bugs. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.

Not a ton of options in this area. Room was not the cleanest. There was not a mattress cover on the mattress that a sheet only. Several stains on the sheets. But we're clean. Room and hallway needed to be vacuumed. Staff was nice when checking in

Not like it used to be, thumbs down.

So much was wrong....from smelly to no battery in our smoke detector...or gummy bears stuck all around our son's adjoining room....stains on the floors, showers gross, lock not abke to lock, missing towel hangers, etc. Had to get tp and towels because they took our dirty ones but did not replenish. Positive was the beds were decent and breakfast was decent. Breakfast area employee was super friendly and nice, so kudos to him!

Pass on this place

The check-in lady and check-out man were great. Beyond that the hotel is a no! Everything was dirty. The breakfast was basically nothing. I came in 30 minutes after breakfast started and most things were gone if they were ever put out in the first place. Had to go to front desk and ask for syrup for waffles. No milk for cereal or coffee. The curtains in our room were torn and broken. Mold everywhere. The bedding was gross. The bottom of the pool was dirty. I highly recommend you find somewhere else!

The hotel was dirty inside the room, hallways, and elevator. My 18 month old kid found a joint laying next to the bed on the ground. Pool area was dirty, room heater had it like a sauna while the pool water was freezing. Front desk worker was very helpful issuing a refund when I brought the joint to her and requested a refund and checked out a couple hours after checking in. Would not recommend to anyone. $50/night is what it should be VS $120/night. Parking lot on west side of hotel looks very shady as well. DO NOT TRUST THE PHOTOS ON BOOKING SIGHT!!!

This hotel sucks, but it’s cheap. The staff was pretty nice and accommodating. The hotel is just really rundown and has some questionable guests.

The staff was very very friendly and courteous but the overall condition of the property was poor at best. Probably would not reserve at this motel again. The exterior doors were missing entire lock mechanisms so anyone could get in, HVAC units were in poor condition very noisy and covers open. The bottom of the bath tub was sooo worn i did not want to use it, looked very dirty but probably just worn. Also had to change rooms because of no internet service in my section of the building and had to pack up and move to another side of the hotel which took me about a hour after the desk manager had given my new room to someone else and had to find me another room where there was internet, because i had work to do during my stay. There is a drain accross the entry area that I was afraid might damage my tires since it was bent and not level with pieces turning up. Books in each room about the hotel were badly worn, pages torn and tv information that was not up to date with the systems.

When you drive around the building it looks like a homeless camp. Trash and garbage on the side walks like chicken bones. Every time we flushed the toilet in our room we had to use the plunger to just get water to go down. No sugars, stirrers, etc. For the coffee. Im sure we will not make that mistake again.

Cheap people running motel

The room was so miserable hot that it took hours to cool down even the hallways were hot, very dirty place. Should be called is cheap quality inn will never stay at the facility ever again.
