"The lady at the front and also at the breakfast hotel seems to be pretty subjective and only welcomes wh customers with a smile and for the rest she is pretty cold as though I am taking her money . Otherwise the hotel is ok . A refrigerator could have been nice"

"The room was perfect - air-conditioned, clean, and peaceful. The shower had great water pressure too. I found the app-based key a little annoying, as it occasionally didn’t work, but other than that, we had no problems. The location is excellent, literally a two-minute walk from Earl’s Court Station."

"Such a great hotel! It was incredibly clean, comfortable, quiet and felt luxurious for a small hotel. We loved everything about it. Also a great location for coffee shops, restaurants and a Tube Station making it easy to get around the city."
