Visited Moses Gate Country Park this afternoon. Had heard a few people talk about this place being beautiful and well worth the visit. I looked it up and decided to pay it a quick visit. Had a couple of hours to spare and so headed off. Firstly there are many pros and a few cons. The place is, and I repeat is worth a visit. It's peaceful, tranquil and within easy reach of the motorway, railways and airport. No excuses to not visit if you have two or three hours to spare. The views are fantastic. It seems to be well looked after and there are plenty of places to sit and read a book, take that call or even get that report finished. Take food and drink with you as some reports do mention refreshments are available. However this doesn't seem the case. They aren't available sadly. But don't let this put you off. There are shops and supermarkets about 15 minutes away.......

"Lovely little 3 night break with my partner for her birthday. Had some lovely birthday touches thrown in which were very much appreciated. Lovely grounds, excellent property and lovely hot tub. Very comfortable and clean. Oh andâ€¦ we arenâ€™t very good at Tennis but, we gave it a go and you will find all of the tennis balls in the owners back garden (sorry!). Would definitely recommend! Thank you!"

"We had a lovely 2 night stay at The Laurel Glamping Pod, lovely accommodation that was spotless. To improve our stay I would ask that the hot tub be warmed up for our arrival, I did actually ask for this but unfortunately the hot tub was cold and took till the following day to get to a temperature that was comfy enough to sit in for any length of time (it was a chilly weekend) I would also ask that a can opener, a bottle opener and a cork screw be provided (no good when you have a wine bottle...
