"Having been a hotel manager this hotel was a major disappointment it purports to be a 4 star resort and certainly from the outside it looks the part (well done to the outside maintenance team - the pool and outside areas were spotless), the reception area was also very well kept. The accommodation wings of the hotel are quite dingy and very down at heel and in need of a major review and revamp. The room we were in also dated and whilst clean it wasn't exactly spotless. "Very clean. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Good basic breakfast (pastries, eggs, yogurt, coffee). The parking lot was a little difficult to find, but there was always plenty of space to park once we got back to the property. Market was right around the corner, so very easy shopping for souvenirs. We highly enjoyed our visit!"

"The hotel is wonderful. Staff is super friendly. Only the food could be better. Scrambled eggs, pizza and french frites were not good but they have a big variety of food, so we could always find alternatives. If you travel with kids and they only eat pizza or french frites, well…then you can feed them on dessert or ice cream, because that was amazing :)"
