"We loved that this hotel is a social enterprise employing people with a disability. Warm, friendly, helpful staff. The bedrooms are just lovely. It was extremely quiet and we felt like we were the only ones there even though it was fully booked. Whilst there are fancier places to stay, you cant beat Hotel Etico in terms of value for money. Great location withi. Easy commute of Blue Mountains attractions. "

"We arrived early at the property. We thought we could just leave our luggages and explore the area as we waited for check in time. The reception staff was very kind to check if our room was ready and since it was, she let us check in early which we really appreciate. The room was really good and very clean.
