This is a beautiful newly remodeled retro two-story home located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. Located just a short drive from popular dining locations, Captain John's Marina, Fawnskin Village, and more! Minutes to The Big Bear Village, restaurants, ski resorts, biking, boating, fishing, and hiking.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1400+ sq ft home with living room, TV, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom 2 bath. Master bedroom has a queen bed, private bathroom, and deck access. Second bathroom has a queen bed and deck access. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, Quartz counter tops, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Enjoy the provided telescope to star gaze while playing music on the record player. Board games and card games. Smart TV with cable and fast WiFi. Relax in the hot tub or near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Upper gated deck with private hot tub with peekaboo lake views, picnic table, and gas barbecue.

PARKING - 2 car driveway, steep driveway - 4X4 necessary in winter months

Other things to note:
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.

This property is not wheelchair accessible due to stairs leading up to the front door
