"This place is not in Cannes proper, it's a short drive to downtown, but that's it's advantage. Walk to a beach and a superyacht studded marina. Eat out, golf supermarket, low traffic, good walking experiences all right outside the door of this elegantly designed resi and hotel apt. complex. We stayed in a one bedder with balconies both sides, a manly man man size TV, cooking facs and views, stunning interesting views over the neighbourhood, mountains and the ocean islands. "Stayed 8 nights during the Cannes Film Festival. The location was perfect with the Festival only a short 10 minute walk away. And the harbor was only one-half block away. Anything else you might need is nearby. My room was basically a somewhat sparsely furnished apartment, with a complete kitchen and separate bedroom. The full refrigerator with freezer was nice. And heated towel rack in bathroom came in handy. I didn't use the TV or heating/AC unit. The double bed, was actually two twin beds...

First of all it’s not in Cannes, it’s in the bad area outside of it.bathroom had black mold, building was disgusting, we were followed by 5 men at one point and we had to hide in the store across the street. Host never answered my emails.it’s smaller than what it appears, pillows had black stains. They don’t provide cleaning products but expect you to leave the place clean or you’ll be charged, do not stay here specially if you have kids!!!!"

The location is very good as it’s just off rue antibes which is the main shopping street in cannes with lots of lovely shops etc & lovely side roads off with a huge selection of restaurants, bakeries etc . The receptionist was rude on arrival and their was limited information around the reception which lead to our lack of expectations of what ammenties we were going to receive in the room. The hotel did not provide one single hand or body towel, expect a dish towel which was dirty. There was no bed sheet/pillow covers, meaning we were required to sleep with a thick material blanket, which we do not believe to of been cleaned between each...
