Welcome to Casa Azul - our fully renovated, mid-century brick home in the heart of Fayetteville! The house sits at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet, private neighborhood, and is centrally located to Ft. Bragg (10 min), Cape Fear Hospital (8 min), and Downtown (11 min).

At nearly 2000 square feet, there is plenty of space for you and your family to enjoy the luxuries our home offers. Enjoy roasting marsh mellows around the fire pit or battling for bragging rights in the game room! Tech savvy!

*We take the sanitation and cleaning procedures of our home very seriously. All linens are laundered with every new stay, and all commonly touched surfaces and objects are sanitized with every clean.*

If you`re looking for space, our freshly renovated home is the perfect place for you! The home features 4 bedrooms, a kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, dining room, living room, office space, game room, laundry room with washer & dryer, a full bath, and a half bath - and that`s just inside!

2 bedrooms have queen beds, 1 bedroom has two twin beds, and the final bedroom has one twin bed. Is that a cloud you`re sleeping on? Nope, that`s just the memory foam mattress we stock in every bedroom! The home can comfortably sleep 7, however, if someone is willing to crash on the sofa (it`s comfy!), more can fit.

Inside the kitchen, you`ll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to cook a wonderful meal with friends and family! (If by chance you do, please let us know how it came out - we`re foodies!)

The living room is furnished with a ROKU-enabled, smart, flat-screen TV. So feel free to BYOL (bring your own login) and log in to any service you`re subscribed to. Connected to the living room is the office space where a beautiful desk provides the perfect spot for those needing to work but still wanting to be connected to family.

The game room features a Foosball table, over-sized wall mounted Connect 4, and plenty of board games for family fun.

Inside the laundry room you`ll find (you guessed it!) the washer and dryer. But, more importantly, for those parents traveling with infants or toddlers, we have a brand new Pack-n-play and Baby Playpen because, well, we`re parents and get it :)

Outside, enjoy grilling on the charcoal pit or sitting under the lights by the fire pit making smores.

Need Tech? High speed internet, 3 Roku Smart TVs, charging stations and.. wait for it... a Bluetooth-enabled VINYL record player to host a family dance party!

Is your dog family? Ours is too. Welcome your pooch to their outdoor run, fully fenced and gated for their exercise and safety. We just please ask that you pick up after your pup and keep them off of the furniture! The yard is also fully fenced for children to play safely and securely.

Guests will have complete and exclusive access to the home (with the exception of any locked closets) including the fenced in backyard and car port.

We are very proud of our Super Host achievement and strive to make every single stay pleasant for our guests. We communicate directly with guests through the app and try to respond within a few minutes to any questions or comment.

Quiet neighborhood located just off Skibo Rd, 1 mile from All-America Freeway. There is only one street in and out of the neighborhood so it`s a very safe and private area.

Private driveway, carport, and street parking available for guests. We ask that you don`t park in front of neighbors homes.

Smart TVs are located in the living room, and two of the bedrooms. You will need to bring your (or a family member`s) login info for the TV streaming subscriptions. We provide the Wi-fi but do NOT provide cable or basic channels.

This is a split-level home, meaning you have to go up and down stairs to get to living spaces. Please keep this in mind if you or anyone in your party has challenges with stairs.

In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the house is equipped with five exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside. They are for your safety and are only activated with motion.

DOGS ALLOWED - $200 fee per dog per stay - Please keep our furry family OFF of the furniture and they must be in kennel when you`re away. Please contact us prior to booking for other animals so that we can approve your stay.

Prior to checking out, we kindly ask the following of you to help our staff efficiently prep for the next guests:
1.) Pick up all garbage and place it in the trash can
2.) Bundle all used towels on the floor in the laundry room
3.) Strip the bed of linens and leave bundled on the ground (NOT THE MATTRESS COVER)
4.) Load the dishwasher and/or hand wash used dishes

HOUSE RULES - ENJOY YOUR STAY!
We are excited to have you and welcome you to our home.
- Please be respectful of loud noise after 9PM on weekdays and 10 PM on weekend
- Home is NON- SMOKING. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be applied for smoking inside the home to remove stains and odor damages.
-The thermostat is on a set schedule of 72-75*. Please reach out to us if the house is uncomfortable and we`ll be happy to adjust.
- Please wash your dishes during your stay. There are dishwashing pods and sponges provided under the sink. Upon checkout, please return all dishes to the cabinets cleaned.
- Sharp Knives are hand wash only.
- Hot grease and feminine items are not to be flushed or drained to prevent plumbing failure.
- Dogs are allowed at a fee of $200/dog/stay. If violated, there is a $200 cleaning fee at a minimum or damage fee to replace furniture as needed. Pet droppings must be picked up and placed in the OUTDOOR trash bin. There is a charge for each dropping that is picked up by our cleaning crew and this fee will be recouped through AIRBNB cases if this rule is not followed. All other pets must be approved prior to booking. Cats are generally not allowed but can be discussed with owners prior to booking.
- No parking on the lawn or on the neighbors lawns.
- Please dispose of house trash & recycling to the cans on the side of the house. Trash pick up day is on Tuesday. Please place bins by the street on Monday if your stay overlaps.
- Please return all game and craft pieces to their respectful areas/boxes -
- No climbing or horseplay on furniture
- Please do not rearrange the furniture
- Upon checkout, please strip beds of used linens place all dirty linens on room floor (but please DO NOT remove mattress protectors). Dirty towels can be placed on the laundry room floor.
- There is zero tolerance for any illegal drug activity on the property. If this is suspected or found, authorities will be contacted and guests will be asked to leave, without refund.
- If there are complaints from neighbors for inappropriate behavior and or authorities are involved for inappropriate behavior, you may be asked to leave, without refund.
- The home sleeps 8 guests. Any further approved guests will be charged at a rate of $20 per head per day of stay.
- Day guests are allowed with prior approval. Only the number of people listed in the reservation are to be at the home at any point without prior approval. Any unpermitted guests will be charged to the booking guest at $150 per head. Please note that infants and children of all ages are considered guests and included in the head count.
- EVENTS are PROHIBITED on the property unless previously discussed and approved with owner.
- CHECKOUT TIMES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED, as the cleaning crew needs appropriate time to prepare for the following guests. Should you require late checkout, you must contact host to ensure availability. Late checkout fees assessed every 15 minutes past checkout time at $25 per 15 minutes to prevent cleaning backlog.
