Winter Escape | Shop, Swim & Soak in the Views

Summary:

Located 5 minutes to Warrenton and less than 10 minutes to Round Top or Fayetteville, this is the best spot for those who enjoy field shopping during the antique show. The House & Cottage can sleep up to 15 people and has space for your cars & trailers. Take a polar plunge in the pool during the day or kick up your feet on the beautiful patio overlooking stunning country views. The stocked kitchen is ready to help you refuel for another day so you can shop 'til you drop!

Guests will have access to the entire property.



Getting Around:

You'll need a vehicle to get from the home into Round Top and the surrounding area. Consider renting HOSTIE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, aren't available in this rural area.



Other Things to Note:

- Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement. Must be over 25 to rent this home.



- For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front, sides, and back of the house. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.



- When you stay with HOSTIE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $5000 with the added fee of $79 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to all bookings.



- CANCELLATION POLICY: The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 6% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in, except for spring/fall/winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld, no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.



- Pool: is NOT fenced and cannot be heated. Please consider this when booking with children.



- OPTIONAL FEES - We offer additional services that may be available for an additional fee (must be pre-approved by the host, non-refundable):

* Early Check-In - $35/hour

* Late Check-Out - $35/hour



- Please note that sightings of common insects or wildlife (such as skunks, snakes, scorpions, spiders, flies, wasps, mice, ants, etc.) do not qualify for refunds, as occasional encounters are possible in any rural environment.



- Concierge service available! Private chef, grocery delivery, in-room massage, and more!
